A child's eye examination includes the basic exam and tests as needed from the following list:

• Eye positioning and eye teaming tests
• Color and depth perception tests
• Basic eye tracking tests
• Recommendation of binocular vision and/or perceptual skills assessment tests
• Recommendation of vision therapy
• Learning related visual problem tests
